You will not find us submitting generic template documents copied and pasted from a previous client’s project. You will see that we understand your perspective on the planning system; that is a regulatory hurdle you need to clear to get on with your project. Your ambitions become our goal. Steven is not a slave to process, if there’s an angle to find, to reduce the paperwork burden for all parties, he’ll find it.
Our focus will be on your development project, your goals. We do not spend your time on social media posts, company branding or marketing for my next client. We will be preparing and submitting your application, it will not be delegated to a junior to ‘cut their teeth’ at your expense. We keep my consultancy offer simple and pass those cost savings on to you. We are confident you will find our costs compare very favourably to others.

Steven's expectations of 'the planning system' are clear.
Having been a planning officer in the past, he understands why Councils demand the reports and surveys that you are going to have to pay for. So, he will help you understand what these are, what’s needed now and what can reasonably be left for a later stage in the process. Likewise, Steven expects decision makers to approach your project open handedly and fairly. If more information is needed, for example during the course of a planning application, this can be looked at, but Steven expects decision makers to use the full range of tools at their disposal to avoid unnecessary refusals, resubmissions and/or appeals.
